One of the oldest known Japanese Lanterns first produced in the Momyana period by war lord Furata Oribe. It is a square lantern in classic planted style with no base stone. There is a carved Buddha on the pedastal stone. It is also known as a "Christian Lantern". It is drilled for electric cables.
